1. Service Agreement
By requesting services from SOFEL Tree Services, you agree to these terms. Our tree care services are provided for properties in our licensed service areas in Florida. All work is subject to a written estimate that you must approve before work begins.
2. Estimates & Payment
Free estimates are provided at no obligation. Final pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
3. SMS Terms
By consenting to SMS communications through our website estimate form, you agree to receive text messages from SOFEL Tree Services regarding estimate requests, appointment confirmations, and service updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Liability
SOFEL Tree Services is fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
5. Cancellations
We ask for at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations for emergency services or same-day appointments may be subject to a trip fee if our crew has already been dispatched.
